Q&A with CEO Stephanie Parsons
Founder and CEO of Corporate Merchandise Australia (CMA) certainly knows her stuff when it comes to branded promotional goods and merchandise. With 27 years in the industry and a fantastic reputation which has led to many, many blue-chip clients returning again and again, Stephanie Parsons truly is the queen of promotional goods in Australia.

1. Why did you start up Corporate Merchandise Australia? How long have you been in operation?
Coming from a professional golfing family I saw an opportunity to focus on promoting on merchandise items that fitted into Major Golf tournaments. Large corporations who were sponsoring some great events also started to promote their own business with an array of promotional items included CLOTHING, PENS AND MUGS. We have been operational now for 27 years.
2. What do you enjoy most about your job?
The challenge each day to come up with new ideas and innovative products for all industries.
3.What should businesses consider when choosing promotional products?
A promotional item that is practical and useful to each user i.e., T -shirts /Polos /Umbrellas and Pens! Sourcing products worldwide and coming up with unique items that put branding in the right hands.
4. What are some of your most popular products?
Anything Tech , USBs , pens with stylus, polos and note books . The list is endless. Branding is critical when it comes to standing out.
5. Why do your clients keep coming back to work with CMA?
A lot of our return businesses is due to the ease of ordering, nothing is ever too big or too small.
6. What do you like doing outside of work?
Running , reading, swimming at the beach, eating out , when I’m not running around with my 2 teenage daughters.
